Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, students, staff, and visitors, providing a welcoming and helpful presence.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence, directing inquiries appropriately and promptly.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance data, and other administrative documents with strict confidentiality.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and school events, ensuring smooth coordination.
- Manage office supplies, place orders, and maintain an organized and efficient administrative area.
- Support faculty and staff with administrative tasks, including copying, filing, data entry, and preparing materials.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, managing petty cash, and reconciling simple accounts.
- Assist with emergency procedures and ensure all visitors adhere to school safety protocols.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
