Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat for various software and hardware issues.
- Diagnose and resolve basic to intermediate technical problems efficiently and effectively.
- Document all customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate senior technical staff or departments.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions with clear, concise, and patient communication.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, technical changes, and new support tools.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
