Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new client leads through various prospecting methods, including networking and referrals.
- Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to understand clients' current insurance portfolios and future requirements.
- Design and present customized insurance solutions, clearly explaining policy features, benefits, and exclusions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and business development goals.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and policy reviews.
- Ensure all sales activities and client interactions comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Stay updated on market trends, new insurance products, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of various insurance products (life, health, property, general, etc.).
