Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain comprehensive studio and project schedules using designated software.
  • Coordinate the booking of studio space, equipment, and talent, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams regarding scheduling inquiries and adjustments.
  • Communicate schedule changes and updates effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of daily call sheets and production reports.
  • Facilitate communication between various departments to ensure alignment on project timelines.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively and efficiently.
  • Support the production team with ad-hoc tasks as required to maintain smooth operations.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) or Microsoft Office Suite.
