Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage a roster of talented live streamers, ensuring alignment with their career goals and our strategic objectives.
- Develop personalized growth strategies for each streamer, focusing on audience engagement, content diversification, and brand development.
- Negotiate and secure brand sponsorships, advertising deals, and partnership opportunities on behalf of managed streamers.
- Provide ongoing performance analysis and reporting, offering actionable insights to optimize streaming schedules, content, and monetization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for streamers, addressing their needs, concerns, and career aspirations.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates (Twitch, YouTube Gaming, Facebook Gaming, etc.), and emerging monetization opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, finance) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and compliance.
- Educate streamers on best practices for community management, brand safety, and platform guidelines.
- Mentor streamers on communication skills, professionalism, and long-term career planning.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or creator relations.
- Deep understanding of the live streaming ecosystem and major platforms (Twitch, YouTube Live).
