Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries.
  • Organize and maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing team calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Provide general administrative support to various studio teams and staff.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive record-keeping systems.
