Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a comprehensive training program focused on Microsoft Azure services, cloud fundamentals, and support best practices.
- Shadow senior Azure Support Engineers to gain practical experience in troubleshooting, incident resolution, and client communication.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues related to Azure infrastructure, virtual machines, networking, storage, and other services under supervision.
- Learn to document support processes, solutions, and contribute to the internal knowledge base to enhance team efficiency.
- Monitor Azure resource health and performance, escalating complex issues to senior team members as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, security protocols, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with the latest Azure technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Strong passion for technology and a keen interest in cloud computing, particularly Microsoft Azure.
