Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaign performance, website analytics, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators and communicate insights effectively.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy development and identify emerging trends.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for marketing and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing managers, content creators, and sales teams to optimize campaign effectiveness and improve ROI.
- Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental designs to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of new initiatives.
- Stay current with industry best practices, new analytical techniques, and marketing technologies to continuously enhance our insights capabilities.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a Marketing Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar insights-focused role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
- Expertise in Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
