Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in conversation and activities.
- Help with light household tasks such as meal preparation, tidying living areas, and laundry.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's health, behavior, or well-being to the appropriate supervisor.
- Assist with medication reminders as per care plan instructions.
- Support mobility, transfers, and exercises as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for clients.
- Document care provided accurately and maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
