Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for event décor.
- Develop unique and creative design concepts, mood boards, and proposals.
- Source and procure decorative elements, including floral arrangements, lighting, linens, furniture, and props.
- Plan and manage décor budgets effectively, tracking expenses and negotiating with vendors.
- Oversee the complete setup and breakdown of event decorations, ensuring timely and safe execution.
- Coordinate closely with event planners, venue staff, and other service providers.
- Maintain and organize décor inventory, ensuring items are well-kept and ready for future use.
- Stay updated on current event design trends and innovative decorating techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Event Decorator or similar creative role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse event design work.
