Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dedicated team as an Entry Level Security Alert Monitoring Assistant. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm panels, for unusual activity or alerts.
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to all security alerts, following established procedures and protocols.
  • Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken accurately and thoroughly in daily reports and incident logs.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, security personnel, and emergency services as required.
  • Operate and manage various security software applications and tools.
  • Conduct regular system checks to ensure all security equipment is functioning correctly.
  • Assist in the investigation of security breaches or incidents by providing detailed reports and footage.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and security operations.
  • Contribute to a safe and secure working environment by adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance security knowledge and skills.

Required Skills
