Job Description
Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dedicated team as an Entry Level Security Alert Monitoring Assistant. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm panels, for unusual activity or alerts.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to all security alerts, following established procedures and protocols.
- Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken accurately and thoroughly in daily reports and incident logs.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, security personnel, and emergency services as required.
- Operate and manage various security software applications and tools.
- Conduct regular system checks to ensure all security equipment is functioning correctly.
- Assist in the investigation of security breaches or incidents by providing detailed reports and footage.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and security operations.
- Contribute to a safe and secure working environment by adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance security knowledge and skills.
