Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures, accurately processing payments and issuing room keys.
  • Answer phones promptly and professionally, directing calls and assisting with inquiries.
  • Manage and confirm reservations, making adjustments as needed.
  • Provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and courteously, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area.
  • Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
  • Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate guest records.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
