Career.zycto is seeking a highly diligent and experienced Full-Time Compliance Inspector to join our dedicated team in Missoula. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc compliance inspections, audits, and reviews across various departmental functions and client projects.
- Identify, assess, and report on potential compliance risks, regulatory gaps, and non-compliance incidents.
- Investigate alleged violations of policies, procedures, laws, and regulations, meticulously documenting findings and evidence.
- Develop and recommend corrective actions and preventative measures to address identified compliance issues.
- Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of compliance programs and controls.
- Stay current with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices, advising management on their impact.
- Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for internal stakeholders and, when necessary, for external regulatory bodies.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a compliance, audit, or regulatory role.
- Proven ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements and legal frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex issues clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting investigations and preparing detailed reports.
- Proficiency with compliance management software and standard office applications (MS Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CCEP (Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) or equivalent.
- Experience within professional services, financial services, or a highly regulated industry.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulatory bodies pertinent to Missoula and Montana.
