Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client and candidate inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, delivering exceptional service.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately, providing clear and concise solutions to technical and service-related problems.
  • Guide users through Career.zycto’s platforms, application processes, and service offerings.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions meticulously within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., recruitment consultants, IT, operations) to escalate and resolve complex queries.
  • Gather feedback from clients and candidates to identify areas for service improvement and contribute to ongoing development initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Career.zycto’s services, policies, and industry trends.
  • Adhere to company service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards in all interactions.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact customer experience.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven reliability and adaptability to flexible working schedules, including potential evening or weekend shifts as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the recruitment, HR, or a related service-oriented industry.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • A relevant qualification in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to de-escalate challenging customer situations.
  • Second language proficiency is a plus.
