Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate food and drink orders, and process payments efficiently using a cash register.
- Prepare a variety of food items according to company standards, ensuring quality, portion control, and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including food preparation areas, dining areas, restrooms, and equipment.
- Restock inventory for all stations as needed, ensuring adequate supplies are available during peak hours.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience for all patrons.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, following all operational guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service and a productive atmosphere.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required, including cleaning and preparation for the next shift.
