Key Responsibilities
- Define, scope, and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, user needs, and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Work alongside engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle, providing guidance and making critical decisions.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and threats.
- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on features to continuously improve user satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
- Act as a product evangelist, communicating the product vision and value proposition both internally and externally.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a tech or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products or features from conception to launch.
- Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle, including agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in creating detailed product specifications, user stories, and wireframes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a user-centric mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
