Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the processing of air cargo shipments, including booking, documentation, and tracking.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents such as air waybills, manifests, and customs declarations.
- Maintain accurate records of all cargo movements, shipments, and related activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, airlines, and internal teams regarding shipment status and inquiries.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel for the reception, storage, and dispatch of cargo.
- Learn and adhere to all relevant customs regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Support senior specialists in resolving shipment discrepancies or operational issues.
