Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, noting any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Utilize the Point-of-Sale (POS) system efficiently to enter orders and process payments.
- Answer guest questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and restaurant policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the order-taking station and dining areas.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other front-of-house team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Assist with packaging takeout orders and ensuring order accuracy before distribution.
- Uphold all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and assist colleagues as needed.
