As a DEA Agent, you will be at the forefront of complex investigations, focusing on disrupting significant drug distribution networks, money laundering schemes, and related criminal enterprises that pose threats both domestically and internationally. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct complex criminal investigations into illicit drug trafficking and related organized crime activities.
- Gather, analyze, and disseminate intelligence to identify and disrupt criminal networks.
- Perform surveillance operations, execute search and arrest warrants, and collect evidence in accordance with legal protocols.
- Interview suspects, witnesses, and informants; obtain statements and testimonies.
- Prepare detailed reports, case summaries, and evidentiary documentation for prosecutorial purposes.
- Collaborate effectively with local, federal, and international law enforcement agencies and intelligence partners.
- Participate in undercover operations and maintain secure communication channels when required.
- Testify in court proceedings as an expert witness regarding investigations and findings.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all ethical guidelines and legal statutes.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging drug trends, criminal methodologies, and legal developments.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in law enforcement, criminal investigation, or intelligence roles.
- Strong understanding of Australian criminal law, evidence collection, and judicial processes.

- Proven ability to conduct complex investigations from inception to prosecution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and public speaking.
