As a Waitstaff member, you will be the face of the dining experience, interacting directly with guests and ensuring their needs are met with a friendly and efficient approach. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and guide them through the dining experience, offering menu recommendations and answering questions.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable meal.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table setup, clearing, and resetting.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance service skills and menu knowledge.
