Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in the design and analysis of civil engineering projects (e.g., roads, bridges, water systems, buildings).
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports using CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and surveys to gather data and monitor construction progress.
- Perform calculations and analyses for structural components, hydraulics, and geotechnical aspects.
- Collaborate with project teams, clients, and regulatory bodies to ensure project compliance and successful execution.
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation activities.
- Support the preparation of tender documents and evaluate contractor proposals.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Fundamental understanding of civil engineering principles (structures, hydraulics, geotechnics, transportation).
