As a Studio Assistant, you will be an integral part of our production team, supporting daily operations and ensuring our studio runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with producers, directors, camera operators, and editors, contributing to projects from conception through to delivery. No two days will be the same – one moment you might be setting up lighting for a corporate interview, the next you’re organizing props for a commercial shoot, or assisting with file management for post-production. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of production equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio gear, and sets.
- Manage and organize studio equipment, ensuring all gear is properly stored, maintained, and accounted for.
- Provide on-set support during shoots, including helping with camera operation, adjusting lighting, managing props, and setting up audio equipment.
- Perform general studio maintenance and upkeep to ensure a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
- Support pre-production tasks such as scheduling, coordinating logistics, preparing call sheets, and sourcing props or talent.
- Assist with post-production tasks, including logging footage, organizing media files, and basic data entry.
- Act as a runner for various production needs, fetching equipment, props, or other essential items as required.
- Collaborate effectively with the production team, taking direction and proactively identifying areas where support is needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and studio guidelines during production activities.

- Current driver's license with a clean driving record.
