Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care, respecting client dignity and promoting independence.
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support with medication prompts and administration as per care plan and training.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Undertake light household duties such as tidying, laundry, and maintaining a clean environment.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, using approved equipment safely.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
  • Accurately document care provided and report any changes in client condition or concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
