Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all clients, visitors, and employees with a positive and professional attitude.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and take accurate messages.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing correspondence.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage meeting room bookings, and assist with calendar management as needed.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Assist with basic office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance requests.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for general inquiries, providing information and assistance promptly.
- Operate standard office equipment, including multi-line phone systems, computers, and printers.
