Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments.
  • Keep up-to-date with product information, promotions, and changes in company policies to ensure accurate information delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (Bilingualism is highly advantageous).
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customer concerns.
  • Proficiency with computers, including experience with CRM software and general office applications.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Experience working with international clients or in a multicultural setting.
  • Familiarity with Quebec's cultural nuances and customer service expectations.
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree in a relevant field.
