Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Shift Managers with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory checks.
  • Support front-of-house operations by greeting guests, managing reservations, and directing seating.
  • Monitor dining areas for cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Help coordinate staff during peak hours to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
  • Address minor guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Participate in basic food and beverage service, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
  • Aid in training new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment through clear communication and collaborative effort.
