Key Responsibilities
- Assist Shift Managers with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory checks.
- Support front-of-house operations by greeting guests, managing reservations, and directing seating.
- Monitor dining areas for cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Help coordinate staff during peak hours to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
- Address minor guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Participate in basic food and beverage service, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Aid in training new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety regulations at all times.
