Job Description

Step into a world where every day is an adventure in discovery, curiosity, and boundless potential. As a Preschool Teacher with Career.zycto, you’ll hold the remarkable privilege of laying the foundational stones for children’s lifelong learning journeys. Nestled in the heart of Cardiff, our vibrant early years setting is more than just a place of education; it’s a community where young imaginations flourish, where laughter fills the air, and where every child is encouraged to explore, question, and grow at their own unique pace.

This isn’t merely a job; it’s a calling to inspire, nurture, and guide our youngest learners through their critical developmental stages. You will be instrumental in creating an inclusive, stimulating, and safe environment that sparks creativity and fosters social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Your days will be filled with designing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate educational activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, ensuring each lesson is both fun and formative.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate educator who understands the profound impact a positive early learning experience has on a child’s future. You’ll be joining a dedicated team of professionals who share your passion for excellence and are committed to collaborative practice. We believe in continuous learning, not just for our children, but for our staff too, offering ongoing training and professional development opportunities to help you hone your skills and advance your career.

At Career.zycto, we value innovation and individuality. We encourage our teachers to bring their unique talents and creative ideas to the classroom, crafting bespoke learning experiences that resonate with each child. You’ll work closely with parents and guardians, building strong partnerships to support each child’s holistic development and ensure a seamless transition between home and preschool. If you are ready to make a significant difference, to shape futures, and to grow within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation in Cardiff, then we eagerly await your application. Join us in cultivating the next generation of curious thinkers and confident individuals.
