Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and maintain high standards.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service consistency to uphold brand standards.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to meet budgetary goals.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Create staff schedules, manage payroll, and conduct performance reviews.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus, specials, and promotional events.
- Analyze sales figures and develop strategies to improve profitability and guest numbers.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager for at least 4 years.
- Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant operational procedures, including inventory management and cost control.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage quality, sanitation, and safety regulations.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software (POS systems).

Preferred Qualifications
