Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors, including stairs and hallways.
- Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, escalating when necessary.
- Ensure efficient use of cleaning supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory levels.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel staff, including front desk and maintenance, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
