Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce engaging visual content for digital platforms (websites, social media, email campaigns) and print materials (brochures, flyers).
- Develop creative concepts and execute designs that align with client briefs and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and project management teams to ensure design consistency and effectiveness.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design software, and best practices to continually enhance output.
- Maintain an organized digital asset library and ensure proper file management.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Proven ability to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially for remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible, remote setting.
- A strong online portfolio showcasing a range of relevant design projects.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
