Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of restaurant staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Oversee front-of-house service, maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality.
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage shift schedules, breaks, and task assignments to ensure adequate staffing and coverage.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling, reconciliation, and securing the premises.
  • Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment, assisting with ordering and stock rotation.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to maintain seamless service flow.
  • Conduct regular inspections of dining areas and equipment to ensure cleanliness and functionality.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
