Job Description
Embark on a fulfilling journey with Career.zycto as an Early Years Assistant in the vibrant community of Masson-Angers, Gatineau. This exceptional opportunity comes with full visa sponsorship, making your dream of working and living in Canada a reality. We are searching for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our growing team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the foundational years of young children’s lives.
As an Early Years Assistant, you will be an integral part of our educational family, working alongside experienced Early Childhood Educators to provide a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5. Your day will be filled with opportunities to inspire curiosity, encourage exploration, and facilitate holistic development through play-based learning and engaging activities. We believe in a child-centred approach, where every interaction is an opportunity for growth and discovery.
Beyond daily care, you will contribute to the planning and implementation of age-appropriate programs that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. This involves preparing learning materials, setting up engaging activity stations, and actively participating in group activities such as storytelling, arts and crafts, music, and outdoor play. Your creativity and initiative will be highly valued as you help bring educational themes to life and adapt activities to meet the diverse needs of each child.
Working closely with parents and guardians is another key aspect of this role. You will maintain open lines of communication, sharing observations about children’s progress, milestones, and daily experiences. Building strong, trusting relationships with families is crucial to creating a cohesive support system for the children in our care.
Career.zycto is committed to professional excellence and provides continuous learning and development opportunities. You will have access to ongoing training, workshops, and resources to enhance your skills and stay abreast of the latest early childhood education practices. We foster a collaborative team environment where support, mentorship, and shared passion for early learning are at the core of our culture.
If you are an internationally qualified Early Years professional looking to make a significant impact, are passionate about early childhood development, and are ready for a new chapter in Canada, we encourage you to apply. We are excited to support your transition and welcome you to our team, where your dedication will not only shape young minds but also contribute to a thriving community.
