Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of internet services (fiber optic, coaxial) at customer premises.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to internet connectivity, Wi-Fi networks, and equipment.
- Educate customers on service usage, equipment functionality, and troubleshooting tips.
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Manage and maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicle.
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining detailed records.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction.
