Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, operation, and monitoring of production machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Perform material handling duties, including loading and unloading materials, and transporting finished products.
- Conduct basic quality control checks on products to ensure adherence to standards and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering strictly to 5S principles and all safety regulations.
- Support senior operators and technicians with various tasks to ensure efficient shift operations and meet production targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or production issues to shift supervisors promptly.
- Participate actively in end-of-shift clean-up procedures and prepare the workstation for the next shift.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively and accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to quality in all tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and repetitive motions.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety principles and a willingness to learn and adhere to strict protocols.
