Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage reservations, including making, modifying, and canceling bookings, using our property management system.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions/dining options in Summerside.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with a polite and helpful demeanor, escalating when necessary.
- Process payments, manage cash drawer, and maintain accurate financial records for daily transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth hotel operations.
