Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and supplies, verifying quantities against purchase orders.
- Safely and efficiently store materials in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
- Pick and stage materials for outgoing shipments, following picking lists and ensuring accuracy.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory records through various systems.
- Operate manual and power lifting equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) in a safe manner (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Prepare materials for shipment, including packing, labeling, and loading onto trucks.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse and logistics operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects repeatedly (up to 50 lbs.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Basic mathematical skills for counting and inventory verification
