Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive career strategies for artists, including branding, marketing, and long-term goal setting.
- Negotiate and secure recording contracts, publishing deals, endorsements, and performance opportunities.
- Oversee financial management for artists, including budgeting, income tracking, and expense management.
- Coordinate tour logistics, travel arrangements, and technical requirements for live performances.
- Manage public relations, social media presence, and overall media strategy to enhance artist visibility.
- Act as the primary liaison between artists and various industry professionals, including record labels, booking agents, publicists, and legal counsel.
- Monitor industry trends, identify new opportunities, and advise artists on strategic career moves.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to artists, fostering their creative and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and intellectual property rights.
- Prepare detailed reports on artist performance, financial status, and career trajectory.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in artist management, talent representation, or a similar role within the music industry.
