Key Responsibilities
- Organize, file, and retrieve physical and electronic records according to established procedures.
- Perform data entry and update records to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Assist with the digitization of physical documents and ensure proper indexing for easy retrieval.
- Respond to requests for document retrieval and provide timely assistance to internal departments.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all sensitive company information and client data.
- Support the archiving and disposition processes of records in compliance with retention schedules.
- Operate office equipment such as scanners, photocopiers, and shredders.
- Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements related to records management and data privacy.
- Assist with periodic audits and reconciliation of records to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
