Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, ensuring the security of premises and personnel.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems, responding to alerts and investigating irregularities.
- Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities accurately and promptly.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations, including medical emergencies, fire alarms, and security breaches, following established protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and clients with inquiries and directions.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
- Collaborate with team members and local authorities when necessary to resolve security issues.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
