Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.
  • Conduct thorough financial needs analyses to understand clients' current situations, objectives, and risk tolerance.
  • Educate clients on various financial products and services, including investments, insurance, and retirement planning.
  • Prepare and present personalised financial strategies and product recommendations tailored to client goals.
  • Assist clients with account openings, transactions, and ongoing service requests.
  • Ensure all client interactions and financial advice adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including senior advisors and administrative support, to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through referrals and networking.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records and documentation.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally within financial services.
