As a Talent Booking Assistant, you will be instrumental in the smooth operation of our booking processes, supporting our Talent Managers in coordinating various aspects of artist, speaker, or influencer appearances, events, and media opportunities.
Your day-to-day will be dynamic and diverse, ranging from managing complex schedules and travel arrangements to liaising directly with talent, agents, and clients. You will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every booking is executed flawlessly, from the initial outreach to post-event follow-up. Key Responsibilities
- Assist Talent Managers in coordinating talent bookings, including scheduling, travel, and accommodation arrangements.
- Liaise directly with talent, their agents, and clients to confirm details and provide necessary information.
- Draft, prepare, and manage booking contracts, riders, and other relevant documentation.
- Maintain and update comprehensive talent databases and client records with meticulous accuracy.
- Conduct research to identify new talent opportunities, potential clients, and industry trends.
- Handle administrative tasks such as processing invoices, expense reports, and correspondence.
- Prepare itineraries, call sheets, and briefing documents for talent and event organisers.
- Manage incoming inquiries and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
- Support post-booking follow-up, including feedback collection and relationship management.
- Contribute to team meetings and project planning discussions, offering insights and support.
Required Skills
