Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for catering clients, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
- Develop and present detailed catering proposals, including customized menus, pricing, and logistical plans.
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue setup, equipment rentals, staffing requirements, and transportation.
- Liaise effectively with the culinary team to ensure menu accuracy, special dietary needs, and food preparation timelines are met.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, event details, invoices, and payment schedules.
- Conduct pre-event briefings with staff and oversee on-site event execution as needed, ensuring high service standards.
- Proactively identify and resolve any operational issues or client concerns before, during, and after events.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote catering services.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in catering, event planning, or hospitality coordination.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of professional client interaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and catering management software.
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Valid Class 5 driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
