Key Responsibilities
- Assist Early Childhood Educators in planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating learning environment.
- Engage with children individually and in groups, fostering their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Support children with daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and hygiene practices.
- Observe and report children's progress and any concerns to the lead Educator.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with parents/guardians as directed.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions.
