Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, both interior and exterior, to deter and detect unauthorized activity.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems, responding promptly to any irregularities or alerts.
- Control access to the building, verifying credentials of visitors and ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
- Respond to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, and security breaches, following established protocols.
- Complete detailed reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting visitors and staff with inquiries and directions.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Assist in the identification and reporting of maintenance issues or hazards.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter crime and instill a sense of security.
- Collaborate with team members and local authorities when necessary.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
