Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Live Chat Support Agent. As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing real-time assistance, answering queries, and resolving issues through our online chat platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in real-time via live chat to provide information and resolve inquiries.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate, friendly, and efficient support.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Continuously learn about product updates and service enhancements to better assist customers.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer data and communication.
  • Identify and escalate trends in customer issues to management for proactive solutions.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written communication and grammar skills in English.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with online communication platforms.
