Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing information and directing inquiries appropriately and courteously.
  • Manage and maintain office calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff and local officials.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, manage email correspondence, and prepare various official documents, letters, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and updating databases pertinent to municipal operations and community services.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, agendas, minutes, and other materials for public meetings and community events.
  • Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient inventory control within budget guidelines.

  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and document formatting.

Required Skills
