Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute engaging radio programs and segments from concept to completion.
- Oversee all aspects of production, including scriptwriting, talent management, guest booking, and studio recording.
- Edit and mix audio content using industry-standard software to ensure broadcast-quality sound.
- Work collaboratively with presenters, sound engineers, and marketing teams to align content with strategic goals.
- Manage program schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Conduct research to identify new topics, trends, and guest opportunities.
- Ensure all broadcast content adheres to regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.
- Provide constructive feedback to presenters and production staff to continually improve program quality.

- Troubleshoot technical issues during live broadcasts or recording sessions when necessary.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Radio Producer or similar role.
- Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, Audacity).

- Strong understanding of radio broadcasting principles, equipment, and workflows.
