Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute engaging radio programs and segments from concept to completion.
  • Oversee all aspects of production, including scriptwriting, talent management, guest booking, and studio recording.
  • Edit and mix audio content using industry-standard software to ensure broadcast-quality sound.
  • Work collaboratively with presenters, sound engineers, and marketing teams to align content with strategic goals.
  • Manage program schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Conduct research to identify new topics, trends, and guest opportunities.
  • Ensure all broadcast content adheres to regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback to presenters and production staff to continually improve program quality.
  • Innovate new content formats and production techniques to enhance listener engagement.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during live broadcasts or recording sessions when necessary.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Radio Producer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, Audacity).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop compelling narratives and engaging program content.
  • Strong understanding of radio broadcasting principles, equipment, and workflows.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with proven capacity to meet tight deadlines.
