Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled operators and technicians with various well site operations, including drilling, maintenance, and completion activities.
- Perform general labour duties such as digging, lifting, carrying materials and equipment, and maintaining a clean and organised work area.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Support the setup and breakdown of equipment, pipelines, and temporary structures.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations.
- Participate in daily safety briefings and contribute to a proactive safety culture.
- Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance on tools and equipment.
