Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack items for outgoing shipments according to customer orders.
- Verify the accuracy of orders by comparing items to shipping manifests and invoices.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling, weighing, and securing.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently, using appropriate equipment.
- Perform quality checks on outgoing products to ensure they meet standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding daily operations.
