Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet customers, assist them with product inquiries, provide recommendations, and facilitate their purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are engaging.
  • Accurately process transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving new stock, restocking shelves, monitoring stock levels, and conducting regular counts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, actively listening to customer needs, resolving issues politely, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain smooth operational flow.
  • Continuously learn about new products, promotions, and store policies to effectively inform and assist customers.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security guidelines.
